About this site

My first silica disk sat under a glass on my desk. People asked what it was, and I realised I could not explain it simply. That is how this site started in 2014: a place where you can read the essentials about Tachyon in plain language, in Slovak on tachyon-pro.sk and in English here.

Who writes it

My name is Tomáš Sokol. I got to know Tachyon products first as a user, and later as the person who runs Flexity, a shop for yoga, pilates and recovery gear. The site is run by flexity s.r.o., where I am the managing director.

What you will find here

The whole Planet Tachyon range in eleven categories, from disks and pendants to pads, the Cocoon and tinctures. Each category has a comparison table with prices and three picks by budget. The most popular products are described in depth: what they are made of, how people use them and what Tachyon says about them.

If you are new, open Start here. The 10% coupon and how to enter it are on Coupon SOKOL.

How we write

We explain things simply, using everyday comparisons: a disk the size of a coaster, a micro disk the size of a coin. When we describe what a product does according to its maker, we say that Tachyon states it. Every price carries the date we checked it in the shop, and every page shows when it was last updated. Customer photos and testimonials from the old site are on Experiences.

How the site earns

Links to Planet Tachyon are affiliate links. How that works is explained on How we earn.

Orders and returns

Orders, delivery and returns are handled by the shop you bought from. For Planet Tachyon, the terms are summarised on Shipping to the EU and UK.
