What data this site processes, when it uses cookies, and how to change your consent.

This site has no registration, forms, or comments. It collects personal data in only two cases: technical server logs, and traffic measurement if you agree to it.
Data controller

You can exercise your rights under the GDPR (access, correction, erasure, objection) in writing at the controller's registered office: flexity s.r.o., Ľuda Zúbka 2, 841 01 Bratislava-Dúbravka, Slovakia. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
Server logs
On every visit, the server records the IP address, the time, the page address, and browser details. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting, kept for a short time, and not combined with other data. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in running the site securely. The site runs on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH).
Cookies and traffic measurement
Without your consent, the site doesn't store any analytics or advertising cookies. It only saves your choice from the banner (in your browser's storage), so the banner doesn't appear on every page.
If you click "Accept analytics", Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics from Google Ireland Ltd. are loaded. They measure which pages people read and which links they click. Google may transfer this data to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Links to shops
When you click a button that leads to the Planet Tachyon shop, you go to the manufacturer's website. It stores an affiliate cookie on its own domain so it can attribute the order to this site. Planet Tachyon's privacy policy applies to that. If you accept analytics, Planet Tachyon banners also load an impression counter from Post Affiliate Pro, the affiliate system Planet Tachyon uses to record views and clicks. Likewise, when you follow a link to Flexity, that shop's policy applies.
