Meditation and cocoons

Picture fifteen minutes on a mat in a quiet room. Your phone is in the kitchen, the light is low, and a few tachyonized pieces sit in a circle around you. That is what meditating with a cocoon looks like.

The Personal Cocoon and the ULTRA Cocoon are sets of tachyonized pieces laid out around your body as you lie down, from head to feet. Tachyon says that together they form a continuous field that helps ease stress, settle the emotions and take you into deeper meditation. ULTRA is the stronger version. The Silk Meditation Wrap is a silk shawl you wrap around yourself while sitting or lying down, a bit like the blanket at the end of a yoga class. The Star Gate is a crystal tool that the maker presents as an aid to personal transformation. The Vogel wands, the TP-1000 and the TLC Bars are professional crystal tools, mostly used by practitioners for massage and acupressure.

How to choose

Meditation can start small. The silk wrap is our first pick because you'll use it straight away and it takes up no more room than a scarf. The Personal Cocoon is the full set for a regular practice at home. The ULTRA Cocoon tends to go to people who meditate for longer stretches, or to practitioners who use a cocoon with clients. The wands, the TLC Bars and the new Infinity mask are in the table below the picks.
