How people use it

First, find a quiet, comfortable place where nobody will disturb you. A bed, sofa, massage table, or mat on the floor all work. Then follow the manufacturer's steps:

1. Join the end of one wrap to the end of the other with the Velcro, so you have one long wrap. Lay it out so that when you lie down, it runs along your whole spine. Your legs go on either side of the lower end. It doesn't matter whether the purple or the beige side is facing up.
2. Put one Ultra disk into each foot sleeve and pull the sleeves over your feet so the disk sits against the sole.
3. Place the other two disks at your sides, where your palms will rest.
4. Sit down, take hold of the end of the wrap that's between your legs, and lie back holding it. Bring the other end of the wrap over your head.
5. Put the eye pillow over your eyes, under the wrap, and join the two ends with the Velcro. The wrap now runs along the full length of your head and torso. It shouldn't press on your face or get in the way of breathing.
6. Rest your palms on the disks at your sides and simply lie there for about twenty minutes.
7. When you're done, take the Cocoon apart, sit up slowly, and give yourself a moment before you stand.

The first setup takes a few minutes while you work out what goes where. After that you'll manage it almost with your eyes closed. Some people put on quiet music or a guided meditation, others prefer complete silence.

Care
