It's half past ten. The bedroom light is low, the phone is charging in the hallway, and you pull the sheet tight over the mattress. Underneath it is a pad you put there a few weeks ago and haven't thought about since. You lie down, stretch, and the day starts to wind down. The range also includes the smaller Life-Pad, which the manufacturer calls a portable meditation pad, at $209.31, and the newer Infinity Personal Life Pad from the Infinity line at $584.19. According to the manufacturer, the Infinity pads are covers filled with tachyonized micro-beads. Of the three, the Sleep Pad is the one built for the bed and for every night.
What Tachyon says
In the product description on the Planet Tachyon shop, Tachyon says the Sleep Pad is a pad for the bed or a chair that supports deep sleep and overnight recovery. The manufacturer describes it as a way to balance the whole body, since you lie on it along your full length. According to the manufacturer, the tachyonized pad brings energy that the body takes in while you sleep.

How people use it
The most common approach is the simplest one. The pad lies on the mattress under the sheet and stays there. You don't need to put it away in the morning; you make the bed as usual. If you share the bed, it usually goes on your side.
Some people move it around during the day. In the morning they fold it, carry it to the study and put it on the desk chair, so they sit on it while they work. In the evening it goes back on the bed. It's a bit like a favourite cushion you take from room to room.
Others take it travelling. On a hotel bed they lay it under the sheet and keep a small piece of their evening routine while away from home.

Keep the pad under a sheet or mattress protector and wash those with the rest of your bedding. That way the Sleep Pad itself stays clean for a long time. Air it now and then on a balcony or by an open window. If it gets marked, clean it gently by hand, and for washing follow the label and the manufacturer's instructions. When you carry it, roll it loosely rather than folding it into sharp creases.
